Terms Of Lease
The price includes: utilities (water, electricity, air conditioning, heating), internet access, weekly linen change (bed, kitchen and bathroom), weekly cleaning, assigned parking place in the garage.
Not included: telephone, extra linen change, extra apartment cleaning, other services on request.
Payment is always in advance or upon arrival.
Antella Residence is pet friendly, but we do require proof of a regular vaccinations certificate and the manager reserves the right to refuse a pet, if the criteria is not met or if there is a danger to other residents. Requests must be made in advance, in writing, to the Antella Residence manager. There is an extra charge of €10,00 per night and €50 per week.
Booking Instructions for long stays (one month or more)
The customer is required to make a booking down payment of 40% of the rent stipulated, the deposit has to be made at time of booking as a guarantee.
If the payment method chosen to make the down payment is by credit card, the settlement payment (60% of the rent established) must be performed at the arrival.
NOTE: Those who choose to pay with bank transfer, must perform the payment of the settlement within the date of arrival and send copy of the transfer via fax at +39 055 6569498 or by e-mail to email@example.com or to show the copy to the reception to complete the procedure. For long-term leases royalties after the first are welded in advance every 1st day of the month.
Payment methods accepted
- - Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) In this case, the credit card information will be kept as a guarantee (see point 2).

In case of cancellation consumers paying with bank transfer, credit card or other mean of payment, will be entitled to a partial refund of the payment, after reduction of the cancellation fee calculated as above. The refund will be made with bank transfer, bank costs will be charged to the client.
Note: For extended stays, a “Residential accommodation contract” is drawn up, in which the client also signs an “Internal regulations” agreement (available for download by clicking on the icon below) upon arrival or beforehand when making the account payment, and in any case before the keys are handed over. Guests are therefore urged to print out this document and read it carefully.
Note: The percentage is calculated on the total price of the lease.
- - Up to 45 days before arrival: 20%
- - From 44 days to 8 days before arrival: 40%
- - From 7 days to 1 day before check-in: 100%
- - No Show: 100%
Check-In and Check-Out
The keys delivery at your arrival will take place by appointment only. For the check-out please contact the Reception in advance.
Check-in: 8.30 – 19.00 | Check-out: 8.30 – 11.00
In any case, you will need to agree on a time of arrival and departure with the staff at least two days in advance, otherwise it will not be guaranteed the necessary assistance on arrival or departure.
Those who, for whatever reason, must check-in after 19:30 will be required to pay an extra charge of € 25.00 and to agree in advance with the reception staff for an appointment.
The keys in this case will be issued compatibly with our staff possibility to meet customers’ needs.
